And the People Stayed Home

The above poem is by Catherine M. O’Meara and was posted on her blog on March 16, 2020. On the same day Deepak Chopra shared it, making it a worldwide sensation, for it beautifully captures the start of humanity's journey to the Golden Age.

My own journey started in 2001 after 9/11, then in 2010 I started this blog and all of you joined me, now with the events of 2020, I feel strong evidence for the start of the Galactic Shift is finally here. The Founders in 2007 had this to say.

As planet Earth moves into the more intense frequency bands of the Galactic Shift (between 2015 and 2035), she and one to two billion humans will move into fourth density. Another four to five billion souls will be unable to make the shift from third to fourth density and will leave Earth and reincarnate on other planets more suited to their level of soul growth.

As detailed in my blog, the Founders expected the events we are seeing today to have started in 2015, but now that they have started, it's probably a good time to re-read my blog and start thinking about taking real action to be fully prepared for the next 20 years, for our arrival in the Golden Age is now in sight.

Comet Annanhutak

Above is an image of the comet Lovejoy flying past the Earth. Comets are essentially balls of ice and dust that begin to melt as they fly past the Sun producing a dusty gaseous tail.

According to the Founders, the comet Annanhutak, as part of its 10,500 year orbit, will make its scheduled pass within 25 million miles of the Earth on May 5, 2017. This is approximately the same distance as between the Earth and Venus when they pass each other, however, the influence of Annanhutak is more significant. It is responsible for wiping out the dinosaurs about 60 million years ago when it came unusually close to the Earth during that particular pass. The Earth got hit by the icy gasses in the comet's tail causing the temperature to drop drastically to well below what the dinosaurs could withstand.

The passage of Annanhutak is the second of three major astronomical events that will assist in increasing the Earth's vibration to bring us to the Golden Age. The first was the precessional alignment in 2012 and the third will be the passage of the planetoid Nibiru in 2030.

I searched the list of near-parabolic comets, which are comets with an orbit of more than 1000 years, to look for a match to Annanhutak and found a comet named "C/2015 ER61" that will reach its closest point to the Sun on May 9, 2017 at a distance of 1.050452 AU. One AU equals the distance from the Earth to the Sun, so subtracting one leaves the closest possible distance to the Earth at 0.05 AU which corresponds to only 4.65 million miles. This means 25 million miles is entirely reasonable for the current pass.

The only problem is the length of the orbit, which wikipedia states is 170,000 years, so I decided to look for another source and found the Minor Planet Center Database Search and entered "C/2015 ER61". This produced 3 sets of data for 3 epochs, and each epoch corresponded to a different length of orbit: 7,533 years, 11,401 years and 158,133 years. These differences are caused by unknown perturbations, but given that 10,500 falls within this range, it may be the actual orbit once perturbations are accurately accounted for.

If you click the "Interactive Orbit Sketch" on the same page with the epoch data, you will see the orbit of the comet as shown below. The yellow ball in the center is the sun and the third orbit from the sun in light blue is the Earth. The comet orbit is dark blue when below the Earth orbit plane and yellow when above.

Due to the passage of Annanhutak, the Founders anticipate "a mild to moderate fluctuation in Earth’s EM field in May of 2017". They also say the following:

Because 3D humanity will already be weakened from their experience of the precessional alignment (while 4D humanity will be strengthened), the fluctuations from the comet will further accelerate the changes already underway in humanity. Add to this the likelihood that the economic and political systems of Earth will be a lot less stable, and you have a formula for dramatic change. In the event that the economic systems of the countries of Earth are still functioning in 2017, they could be severely tested by floods, strong storms and droughts attributed to the passage of the comet.

If humans decide to experience the comet’s passage in a loving instead of fearful way, any radiation or cooling of the atmosphere associated with the passage of the comet will be only minimally felt.

I don't know about you, but it's been pretty cold in Ottawa this winter :)

The Real History of the Earth

I just finished reading Sal Rachele's latest book "The Real History of the Earth" and thought it was great. Regarding the predictions, this book confirms what was hinted at in Sal's last book, that nothing major would happen until after the comet flyby on May 5, 2017 that causes another ascension boost and a major upheaval in world economies.

On December 21, 2012 the Earth reached a 4.00 vibration and transitioned to being a 4D planet. By mid-2015 the Earth reached a vibration of 4.25. In Sal's last book he had stated a person needed to be within 1.00 of the Earth to remain on the planet (i.e. at least 3.25 with the Earth at 4.25), but in this book he says a person needs to be within 0.5 of the Earth to remain here.

Since Sal's last book, the average vibration of humanity has increased from 3.55 to 3.60, but during that same time period the Earth has gone from 4.05 to 4.25. So the situation has reversed from most people being within the 0.5 range to now being outside it. This means that in the coming years more people will be dying such that by 2020 deaths will exceed births and the world population will begin declining. As I wrote last December, world population is what I'm using to validate the predictions.

In terms of physical ascension, similar rules apply, as it's also extremely difficult to maintain a physical vibration more than 0.5 higher than the Earth average. Since physical ascension requires a vibration of 5.00, this will only be possible once the Earth reaches a vibration of 4.50 which is not expected until sometime between 2030 and 2050.

Boy, 2050 would be a much longer wait than what I was expecting when I first read about physical ascension back in 2008, but the book does offer some hope. It hints that high in the mountains far away from 3D civilization the Earth maintains a much higher vibration than the average. So moving to a 4D spiritual community far from any 3D cities might allow for physical ascension as early as 2025. In any case, I'll be here waiting, watching and raising my vibration through daily spiritual practice.

Vishwa Amara on 2015

Back in 2010 I posted material from numerous channeled sources, but over time many proved to be very unreliable. On the contrary, the Sapta Rishis (channeled at Vishwa Amara) have been better than most. In 2010 they indicated that nothing significant would happen in 2012 because the major events had been postponed to 2015. Well, 2015 has started and they have confirmed in their January 2015 post that a major crisis will hit by the end of the year. Below is an excerpt.

The New batch of Rishis and the Saptarishis have made many plans for the year ahead. Instead of having two large phases like the last year, they want to divide the year into five phases, each of about two to three months. Each phase would have a certain objective.

In the first phase, the Earth will experience the intensity of the Pralaya energies. The aim of this phase is to help every individual see the merit in choosing righteousness. The more we adopt Light, love and peace into our lives, and outgrow anger, bitterness and pessimism, the easier it will be to sail through. Those who resist will be the ones to face more difficulties. Our humility and surrender to God are essential.

The second phase will be a little relaxed. It will help every individual to assimilate the changes and strengthen their progress. During this phase, many new energies will be anchored on our Earth.

During the third phase, experimentation on freewill will be conducted by the Higher Intelligence. It will be easier to embrace the positive changes and adopt Light. We can also witness many changes all over the Earth. This phase is an important preparatory phase towards the Light Age.

In the fourth phase is when the battles between the Light and the dark will be at their peak. At the global level, the Individuals who spoil the lives of others, corrupt businesses and falsity will be exposed. This battle will also occur within each individual. At each juncture, we have to choose, let go of the unwanted, embrace Light and move on.

The last phase would be chaotic. There will be panic, confusion and a struggle for survival. For those who are connected to Light and have their basics in place, it should be a smooth phase. The Rishis expect Lord Kalki, to begin his work at the physical level during this period.

These are roughly the way the Rishis want to carry out their work during this year. But there will naturally be revisions and improvements based on their observations of how humanity responds to their initiatives.

So while they don't predict what form the crisis will take, Sal and the Founders provide all the details. In this first post they indicate that the $US and all global currencies will lose most of their value, while in this second post they provide instructions for how to prepare for it. Even some financial analysts agree that the world is poised for a Global Currency Crisis and to buy gold in preparation.

Validating the Galactic Shift

It has been almost two years since the Precessional Alignment of December 21, 2012 and starting in 2015 the peak period of the Galactic Shift begins. It coincides with the Mass Ascension as discussed in my post on the Divine Dispensations.

The Mass Ascension Dispensation was issued in 1950 and removes the requirement of needing to have most of your soul fragments reassembled in order to activate the Ascension transformation. If you remember from part 2, the Galactic Shift also began in 1950, so looking at the combined view we see that prior to 1950, the Earth was conducive to the 3D/4D human form, but during the Galactic Shift transformation it will gradually cease to support 3D human life. After 2100 it will only support the 4D physical human form as well as the new 5D etheric human form. Of course, as before, higher density beings will still be able to incarnate on Earth, but 3D humans will no longer be able to survive. The peak of this transition occurs between the years 2015 and 2035, when most humans will either evolve to 4D/5D or leave the Earth and incarnate on another planet still suitable for 3D human life. As discussed in part 1, the primary distinguishing characteristic between a 4D human and a 3D human is Love. The only emotion felt and expressed by a 4D human is Love. This is all that is required for you to move with the Earth into the Golden Age, and the way to purify your emotions is with a daily spiritual practice.

I was thinking about the best way to validate that the Galactic Shift is actually happening. Of course the final validation happens in 2035 when most of the world has arrived at the Golden Age, but what can we measure in the mean time to see if we are progressing in the right direction? For the Precessional Alignment, I looked at the magnetic field fluctuations on that day and determined that the prediction had failed. For the Galactic Shift we could also look at magnetic field fluctuations, or stock market fluctuations, weather fluctuations, but I think the statistic with the most impact will be world population fluctuations.

The chart below is from worldometers, and shows the current projected world population growth up to the year 2100. I've highlighted at the top that on July 1, 2024 the population is expected to be 8.01 billion.

The Black Death of the 1300's wiped out 30% to 60% of Europe's population, and the Galactic Shift is expected to do the same, except on a worldwide basis. In my post on the coming medical crisis, the Founders list the primary means of exit for 3D souls.

...an increased rate of allergies, chemical reactions, debilitating viruses, sensitivities to bacteria, molds, fungi, and other "environmental illnesses," as well as long-term cancers, heart and lung conditions. So-called "exotic bugs" will surface, which are really just hybrid viruses and bacteria that are able to penetrate the weakening immune system of humans.

The Founders predict that the population will stop growing in the early part of the shift and then go into decline. So in the coming years the slope of the curve on the above chart should flatten such that the predicted date for reaching 8 billion continues to get pushed out. Since 2024 is approximately half way through the shift, the population should already be in decline by then, so my criteria for the prediction failing will be if the population doesn't decline and instead crosses 8 billion as currently predicted by worldometers.

Ramtha: The White Book

This is the first in a series of posts that will present the teachings given in "Ramtha: The White Book". I recently finished reading this and found it to be one of the best spiritual books I've ever read. It fills in a few critical gaps not covered by the Founders, Anastasia and the other sources I've read to date.

In the forward, JZ Knight describes Ramtha's physical appearance.

Ram is seven feet tall and he wears two robes that I have always seen him in. Even though they are the same robe, they are really beautiful so you never get tired of seeing them. The inner robe is snow white and goes all the way down to where I presume his feet are, and then he has an overrobe that is beautiful purple. But you should understand that I have really looked at the material on these robes and it is not really material. It is sort of like light. And though the light has a transparency to them, there is an understanding that what he is wearing has a reality to it.

Ramtha's face is cinnamon-colored skin, and that is the best way I can describe it. It is not really brown and it is not really white and it is not really red; it is sort of a blending of that. And he has very deep black eyes that can look into you and you know you are being looked into. He has eyebrows that look like wings of a bird that come high on his brow. He has a very square jaw and a beautiful mouth, and when he smiles you know that you are in heaven. He has long, long hands, long fingers that he uses very eloquently to demonstrate his thought.

In Chapter One, Ramtha introduces his teachings. He starts by describing his ascension.

I am Ramtha, a sovereign entity, who lived a long time ago upon this plane called Earth, or Terra. In that life I did not die; I ascended, for I learned to harness the power of my mind and to take my body with me into an unseen dimension of life. In doing so, I realized an existence of unlimited freedom, unlimited joy, unlimited life. Others who lived here after me have also ascended.

I am now part of an unseen brotherhood who loves mankind greatly. We are your brothers who hear your prayers and your meditations and observe your movements to and fro. We are those who lived here as man and experienced the despair, the sorrow, and the joy that all of you have known. Yet we learned to master and transcend the limitations of the human experience to realize a grander state of being.

I have come to tell you that you are very important and precious to us because the life that flows through you and the thought that is coming to everyone of you - however you entertain it - are the intelligence and life force that you have termed God. It is this essence that connects all of us, not only to those upon your plane but to those in untold universes which you have not yet the eyes to see.

I am here to remind you of a heritage which most of you forgot long, long ago. I have come to give you a loftier perspective from which you may reason and understand that you are indeed divine and immortal entities who have always been loved and supported by the essence called God. I am here to help you realize that only you through your sublime intelligence have created every reality in your life, and with that same power you have the option to create and experience any reality you desire.

Later in the chapter, he talks about the coming Golden Age.

I have brought with me the winds of change upon your plane. I and those who stand with me are preparing mankind for a grand event that has already been set into motion. We are going to unite all the people of this plane by allowing man to witness something great and brilliant, which will cause him to open up and allow knowledge and love to flow forth.

Why is this being done? Because you are loved greater than you have ever considered love to be and because it is time for man to live a grander understanding than that which has plagued him into dark ages, taken away his freedom, divided peoples, and caused hatred between lovers and war amongst nations. It is time for that to be finished. It is time for man to realize his divinity and immortality of being and cease groveling for survival upon this plane.

There is coming a day very soon when great knowledge will be brought to this plane by wonderful entities who are your beloved brothers. In that time, scientific developments will bloom here greater than they ever have. What is coming forth is called the Age of God. This age will come about through a deliberate change in time and the values of time. In the years to come disease, suffering, hatred, and war will no longer be upon this plane. No longer will there be the aging and death of the body, but continuous life. It is through knowledge, understanding, and profound love that these things will come forth in the life of each entity.

There is no other redemption for mankind than to realize their divinity. You are the seeds of this understanding. As each of you realize your own worth and value and the foreverness of your life, you will add, one by one, to the consciousness of unlimited thinking, unlimited freedom, and unlimited love. Whatever you think, whatever you come to realize, lifts and expands consciousness everywhere. And when you live what you have come to understand, wholly for the good of your own purposeful life, you allow others to see in you a greater thought process, a grander understanding, a more purposeful existence than what they see all around them.

These times are the greatest of all times in your recorded history. Though they are difficult and challenging times, you chose to live here during this time for the purpose of the fulfillment that it would bring you. All of you have been promised for e'er so long that you would see God in your lifetime, yet lifetime after lifetime you never allowed yourselves to see it. In this lifetime, most of you will indeed. You will see a magnificent kingdom emerge here, and civilizations will come forth that you had not even the slightest notion existed. And a new wind will blow, and love, peace, and joy in being will grace this blessed place, the emerald of your universe and the home of God.

Contemplate what is spoken. Allow these words into your being. When you do, thought by thought, feeling by feeling, moment by moment, you will come back into the understanding of your greatness, your power, and your glory.

A Future Timeline Overview (chapter 1)

In this post I'm going to summarize the first chapter from the book "Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030". Here is how it starts.

Your food is organic. Your water is pure, sweet and clear. Your medicine is a combination of the best that technology has to offer, tempered with common sense and a return to natural, herbal remedies. All are freely provided by loving supportive souls.

The first page continues to describe the idyllic life of the Golden Age, before delving into the details of how we got there. The story is told like a flashback with vivid and detailed descriptions of exactly what happened. Beginning from sometime in 2012 when preparations begin in earnest for ceremonies and celebrations of the passage through the December 21, 2012 portal. The Founders describe the gathering of Lightworkers at sacred spots around the world, whether on top of mountains or in the desert, they gather for three days, beginning on December 20th and ending on the 22nd.

They bring their food, water, tents, portable toilets and generators; and for three days they enjoy story telling, singing, dancing, praying, sacred rituals, meditation, and so on; then when it is over, they go back to their jobs and lives they had left behind. The world of wars, poverty, disaster, propaganda, corruption, consumerism, mindless entertainment, etc. was still there just as before, but they no longer saw it in the same way for they had changed.

Those on the 4D path could no longer relate to family and friends, and it became clear who would be making the journey into the higher planes and who would not. The newly awakened Lightworkers experienced greatly improved health and well-being. They felt alive, vibrant and full of energy, while others around them appeared to be empty shells simply going through the motions of life.

In addition, those on the 5D path, could see that the woods were alive with creatures of all shapes and colors (nature spirits, faeries, devas, sprites, gnomes, animal spirits, plant spirits, etc.). Everything vibrated and shimmered, not just with light, but with consciousness. A profound sense of Oneness permeated everything.

For the newly awakened all 3D habits fell away, like smoking, alcohol, prescription medicine, processed food, etc. The entire universe conspired in a way that almost pushed the newly awakened to join or start intentional communities with other like-minded souls, forcing them farther and farther away in mindset from family and friends committed to 3D reality.

By 2014, zero point energy devices that never worked consistently before, were now functioning better than ever in these newly forming intentional communities. Awakened souls were now spending all of their time in their intentional community, and many sold their properties in the city. The communities varied from single family homesteads to multifamily Eco-villages. The Founders provide a vivid picture of early life in these communities and the challenges that will need to be faced.

In the beginning, decisions were made by majority rule, then by consensus, and by 2015 or 2016 Councils of Light were formed where the members go into deep meditation and become One with each other, and simply know what the right decision is. Contact with ETs also began around this time, mostly from the Pleiades and Arcturus, with a few Sirians.

The comet of 2017 causes another ascension boost to push more souls from 3D to 4D and more from 4D to 5D. The 3D cities continued to be destroyed, while the 4D communities continued to flourish. The Founders talk about enlightened schooling for children, new farming methods, and alternative energy sources for those on the 4D path, while those ascending to 5D were gradually eliminating all need for food, water and shelter. The 5D souls were the teachers for the 4D souls and the members of the Councils of Light.

The passage of Nibiru in 2030 causes the final ascension boost of the Galactic Shift. The 5D to 9D Annunaki from Nibiru came to Earth and shared their wisdom and technology much more freely than they did with the Sumerians and Egyptians as they knew there was now no possibility for it to be misused. The few people remaining in 3D either left the Earth or joined the 4D communities. The population of the Earth was now somewhere between one to two billion people, spread out across thousands of intentional communities, with some as large as 100,000 souls.

During the years 2030 to 2100 the empty 3D cities were cleared away and replaced with 4D communities, such that the entire Earth became a 4D paradise. Also, those on the 5D path completed their ascension process.

...they radiated a beautiful golden halo or aura of Light that was clearly visible to the fourth density souls. Their telepathic and psychokinetic abilities continued to increase and they were now completely impervious to conditions in the Earth's environment. They walked in two worlds, the fourth density one of enlightened spiritual communities where they taught higher truths and were instruments of healing, and the fifth density world of the nature spirits, where they communed with various beings from all over the galaxy.

Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030

Last week I received Sal Rachele's new book "Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030" and have been extremely impressed with what I've read so far. It provides all of the practical information required for building the Golden Age and achieving Ascension, which beautifully compliments his previous book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders" which provided all of the background theory for understanding 2012, Ascension and the Golden Age.

I've only read the first chapter so far, but the way the predictions are given in a story telling manner is so much more beautiful and poetic compared to the somewhat more textbook style of the previous book. Granted, that book was more about the technical details while this one is about making it happen. After just the first chapter, I now have a significantly clearer vision in my mind of our journey to the Golden Age than I've ever had before.

For this post, I will simply provide a simplified table of contents from the book to give you an idea of what it contains. The actual table of contents is an extremely detailed seven pages long.

Making the Shift to 4D/5D

In this post the Founders describe what people need to do (beyond spiritual practice) in order to make the shift to 4D and then eventually 5D. Much of what they say here I have mentioned before in my post on diet. However, given the information in my last four posts, it should now be clear why they say what they do.

For those of you that are committed to remaining with the Earth by entering fourth or fifth density states, it is essential that you reduce your dependence on the things of this world. You can start by simplifying your lives so that you require less resources in order to keep your lives going. As you raise your vibration, you will naturally need to consume less and less of Earth's resources anyway. You might start by reducing your intake of products from mammals (beef, pork, dairy, etc.) since the production of these foods consumes a great deal of natural resources. As you continue to raise your vibration, you will likely reduce your intake of all animal products, becoming what is termed "vegan." Eventually, you will find that only a tiny amount of highly nutritious food will be necessary to keep your body healthy. At some point in your ascension process you will eliminate food altogether and drink only water. Then the water will also become unnecessary and you will become what some call a "breatharian." Finally, as your light body becomes fully activated, you will exist on direct etheric energy and even oxygen will no longer be necessary.

It is unlikely that very many of you will reach this stage before the economic systems of the world collapse. Therefore, it will be necessary to form the enlightened self-sufficient spiritual communities that this channel talks about. In these communities you will create a safe haven, grow your own food, acquire your own water, and produce your own energy based on solar, wind and EM power sources. You will form your own governments, which will really be more like the high councils of more enlightened worlds.

For me, that is exactly how I imagine the Golden Age to be. There is still a lot I have to learn to be able to live in a self-sufficient manner, so I'll be switching my attention back to Anastasia for my next few posts.

The Founders on the 5D Timeline

This post continues from my last post where the 4D timeline was covered. In this post I present what the Founders have to say about the 5D timeline.

Those that are able to move completely into fifth density will experience the fifth dimensional version of Earth. Like yourselves, Earth is a multidimensional being of light manifesting as a planet rather than a humanoid or star. Her dominant frequency will move from third to fourth density, and so those of you who go through ascension will essentially be fifth density beings living on a fourth density world, or shall we say fifth density beings living in the fourth dimension. You will also have the ability to experience the fifth dimensional version of Earth simultaneously.

Again, we apologize for the limited scope of your language, as this is not the most ideal way to describe this. As fifth density beings living in the fourth dimension of time/space, you will have certain advantages over the fourth density beings living in the fourth dimension. While they will still grow old and die, reincarnating over and over as fourth density beings until they ascend off the wheel of reincarnation, you will be in your immortal crystalline light bodies. For a while, you will still be visible to fourth density humans, but eventually you will increase your frequency sufficiently to become invisible even to fourth density. Only the clairvoyant and telepathic members of the "golden age" will be able to interact with you at that point.

As fifth density teachers and wayshowers, you will guide and instruct the leaders of the fourth density world in the ways of spirit, love and compassion. You will also interface with the enlightened ETs that will come and go openly from the Earth plane. Many of the ETs currently assisting Earth are already vibrating at fourth and fifth densities and it will become very easy for them to interact with humans on Earth after the shift. The number of souls likely to choose the fifth density timeline are between 10 million and 30 million.

So here we finally have mention of ETs, and contact with them appears to be primarily for those in 5D, but after the shift it may include those in 4D as well. The key point being that open contact will likely not take place with those that choose to remain in 3D.

Out of 6.8 billion people on Earth only 10-30 million will ascend to 5D. That is a mere 0.4% and there is just 18 months left to prepare for and be part of the first wave. The key, as I have repeated innumerable times, is to have a disciplined daily spiritual practice. For me, that is Kriya Yoga (see Label "yoga" in the right column), but you may prefer Inelia Benz's Spiritual Ascension 101 Course, or any other equivalent practice. Find a practice and start practicing today!

The Founders on the 4D Timeline

This post continues from my last post where the 3D timeline was covered. In this post I present what the Founders have to say about the 4D timeline.

Those that are able to withstand the frequency change, but are not able to go completely through the stargate into the fifth dimension, will find themselves in the fourth dimension, which is the dimension of thought and time. To a fourth density being living in a fourth dimensional time/space continuum, life seems quite similar to third density except that such souls are aware that they are conscious creators and that consciousness creates their experience of reality.

They learn to create from the center of their being outward, and the world they see is an enlightened paradise that reflects their higher state of consciousness. This is the "golden age" spoken of by many of your prophets.

Fourth density humans remaining with the Earth will create intentional self-sufficient spiritual communities of light in the safe places on Earth, where they will flourish and thrive. They will create what the Hopi call the "fifth world." (Pangaea is the first, Lemuria the second, Atlantis the third and the rapidly declining present civilization the fourth world.) The number of souls choosing the fourth density path will likely be between one and two billion.

The Founders don't say much about those following the 4D timeline, except that they will "create intentional self-sufficient spiritual communities." This sounds a lot like an EcoVillage to me. Who Lights a New Star? (book 1 chapter 9)

This post continues my look at the Ringing Cedars Series with an excerpt from chapter 9 of the first book "Anastasia". My previous post was on chapter 1.

My view is that Anastasia's teachings present a view of 4D life in the Golden Age for those who choose the 4D path. Most channeled information only talks about the 5D path, but the Founders are very clear that a 4D path will also exist well into the future (I will post more about this later), and of course Anastasia also believes in a 4D future, though she doesn't use that terminology.

In this excerpt Vladimir and Anastasia are arguing about the nature of sex. In my opinion, this is similar to my previous post on eating. At a lower vibration, eating is mainly about satisfying the taste buds (sensual pleasure), but at a higher vibration it becomes more about nutrition, and at an even higher vibration, nutrition is obtained by another means altogether. Sex is no different. At a lower vibration, it is mainly about sensual pleasure, and at a higher vibration the focus evolves to procreation, then at an even higher level procreation is achieved by another means altogether.

For those who haven't read the book and plan to, please be warned that "spoilers" follow. During an experience of procreation from the previous night, Anastasia raised Vladimir's vibration, but Vladimir hasn't realized this yet.

"Oh, no, Anastasia, I doubt it. A normal man will always be aroused by a pretty woman's legs, her breasts... Especially when you're on a business trip or on holiday far away from your partner. That's the way things are. And nobody here will change anything, they won't do it any other way."

"But I did it with you."

"What did you do?"

"Now you are no longer able to indulge in that harmful sex."

All at once a terrible thought hit me like a flood, and started chasing away the magnificent feeling that had been born in me during the night.

"What have you done, Anastasia? What? I'm now... what - I'm now... impotent?"

"On the contrary, you have now become a real man. Only the usual sex will be repugnant to you. It does not bring what you experienced last night, and what you experienced last night is possible only when you desire to have a child and the woman wants the same from you. When she loves you."

"Loves? But under those conditions... That can happen only a few times during one's whole life!"

"I assure you, Vladimir, that is enough for your whole life to be happy. You will feel the same way eventually... People enter many times afresh into sexual interaction only through the flesh - not realizing that true satisfaction in the flesh is impossible to attain. A man and a woman who unite on every plane of existence, impelled by radiant inspiration, earnestly aspiring to the act of creation, experience tremendous satisfaction. The Creator gave this experience to Man alone. No transitory thing, this satisfaction, no! It never can compare with fleeting, fleshly gratification. As you cherish the feelings from it over time, all planes of being will, with influence sublime, happify your life and the woman too - a woman who can give birth to a creation in the Creator's own image and likeness, His design!

Diet for the Golden Age

In Matthew's message on the Golden Age he says the following about diet.

Diets will change from meat and seafood to plants as people learn to respect and honor all animal life. The herds of food animals will decrease through the cessation of breeding and natural transition, and as plants become diet staples, any that were harmfully genetically engineered will shed those properties.

Animals in the wild will instinctively know not to overpopulate and those that are carnivorous will turn to the plant kingdom for sustenance.

So while a lot of people would like to become vegetarian to "respect and honor all animal life" as Matthew says, many find it quite difficult to do in practice. In my experience having a daily spiritual practice is key, for then as your vibration rises your desire and need for meat and seafood is gradually eliminated. You will actually find it even difficult to eat meat/seafood no matter how much you may have craved and savored them previously.

The Founders in their book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders", provide a more detailed view of the dietary changes one should pursue/expect as we enter the Golden Age.

For those of you that are committed to remaining with the Earth by entering fourth or fifth density states, it is essential that you reduce your dependence on the things of this world. You can start by simplifying your lives so that you require less resources in order to keep your lives going. As you raise your vibration, you will naturally need to consume less and less of Earth's resources anyway. You might start by reducing your intake of products from mammals (beef, pork, dairy, etc.) since the production of these foods consumes a great deal of natural resources. As you continue to raise your vibration, you will likely reduce your intake of all animal products, becoming what is termed "vegan." Eventually, you will find that only a tiny amount of highly nutritious food will be necessary to keep your body healthy. At some point in your ascension process you will eliminate food altogether and drink only water. Then the water will also become unnecessary and you will become what some call a "breatharian." Finally, as your light body becomes fully activated, you will exist on direct etheric energy and even oxygen will no longer be necessary.

There are many stories of breatharians that can be found, but I'll once again quote "Autobiography of a Yogi". The following is a conversation between Paramahansa Yogananda and Giri Bala.

Chapter 46: The Woman Yogi who Never Eats (Giri Bala)

"Tell me, Mother, from your own lips-do you live without food?"

"That is true." She was silent for a few moments; her next remark showed that she had been struggling with mental arithmetic. "From the age of twelve years four months down to my present age of sixty-eight--a period of over fifty-six years--I have not eaten food or taken liquids."

"Are you never tempted to eat?"

"If I felt a craving for food, I would have to eat." Simply yet regally she stated this axiomatic truth, one known too well by a world revolving around three meals a day!

"But you do eat something!" My tone held a note of remonstrance.

"Of course!" She smiled in swift understanding.

"Your nourishment derives from the finer energies of the air and sunlight, and from the cosmic power which recharges your body through the medulla oblongata."

"Baba knows." Again she acquiesced, her manner soothing and unemphatic.

Chakras and DNA

Over 5000 years ago in the ancient Sanskrit texts of India, the Chakras were first documented. Today spiritual teachers of the East and the West both still refer to them as being key to spiritual development. All spiritual practices, either directly or indirectly, will awaken the Chakras and eventually the Kundalini. However, with our relatively recent understanding of DNA (discovered 140 years ago), spiritual teachers can now bring DNA activation into the picture and explain its relationship to Chakra awakening.

The Founders claim to have created the energy pattern that manifests at our level of reality as DNA. They say our DNA is actually composed of 24 strands in 12 double helix pairs. If you remember from an earlier post, the number 12 also corresponds to the number of densities in the universe. Essentially, as you activate additional DNA pairs you also evolve into higher densities of existence. Scientists are currently only aware of a single double helix, which corresponds to our physical body in the 1st dimension, but ordinary animals and humans have already activated 3 double helix pairs, where the 2nd pair corresponds to our emotional body in the 2nd dimension, and the 3rd to our mental body in the 3rd dimension. Remember that these are not spacial dimensions but parallel realities.

Now let's bring the Chakras into the picture. The Founders identify 12 Chakras that of course correspond to the 12 DNA pairs and 12 densities/dimensions. By awakening a Chakra you will in turn activate the corresponding DNA pair, raise your vibration to the corresponding density, and gain awareness of your body that exists in that dimension. Like the Chakras, the dimensions have also been named in Sanskrit as Lokas (see table below).

It is possible for anyone to have a momentary experience of all 12 levels of existence, and through a disciplined spiritual practice, eventually raise the Kundalini and achieve a more permanent higher level of existence for yourself. For the Golden Age, we will need to fully activate the fourth DNA pair, raise the Kundalini to the fourth Chakra (Anahata/Heart), raise our vibration to the fourth density and become aware of our fourth body (Astral) in the fourth Loka (Mahaloka). All of this is summarized as being in 4D. Enlightenment or Self-Realization is said to occur when a person reaches 7D.

So while most spiritual practices don't involve Chakras 8 through 12, the Founders say the following about them:

The eighth chakra is about two inches above the head; the ninth chakra is about a foot above the head; the tenth chakra is about two feet above the head; the eleventh chakra is about two meters above the head; and the twelfth chakra is very diffused, but it is several meters above the head and can vary greatly in size. All of the chakras can vary in size, shape, color and intensity.

The following table provides an overview of the Chakras for densities 1 to 7. The "Body" column is provided by the Founders, while the other columns are based on the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

This table of Chakras, along with their Kshetrams and Bindu, are used by Kriya Yoga to facilitate Kundalini awakening (download my free course for full details), however, there are other systems that use different sets of Chakras for meditation and spiritual practice. For example, Diana Cooper, uses the following set: Earth Star (1 foot into the ground when standing), Base, Sacral, Navel, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown, Causal, Soul Star, and Stellar Gateway. I haven't studied her system in detail, so I'm not sure how well it correlates with Kriya Yoga, but I'm sure you'll have good results if practiced regularly.

In a future post I'll discuss my Kriya Yoga course in more detail, but if you're relatively fit and healthy and looking for a challenging spiritual practice that requires strength, flexibility, muscle control and breath stamina, while providing rapid spiritual advancement, then Kriya Yoga might be for you.

The Ringing Cedar (book 1 chapter 1)

One of my objectives for this blog is to present Anastasia's teachings, so if you haven't done so already, please read my previous post on Anastasia as way of introduction. I plan to go through each book in the Ringing Cedars Series, presenting what I feel are the most important teachings. The first chapter of the first book "Anastasia" explains what a ringing cedar is. The word cedar is translated from the Russian kedr but actually refers to the Siberian Pine. The ringing part is explained by Anastasia's Grandfather to Vladimir.

God created the cedar to store cosmic energy...

When someone is in a state of love they emit a radiant energy. It takes but a second for it to reflect off the celestial bodies floating overhead and come back to Earth and give life to everything that breathes.

The Sun is one of those celestial bodies, and it reflects but a tiny fraction of such radiance.

Only bright rays can travel into Space from Man on the Earth. And only beneficial rays can be reflected from Space back to Earth.

Under the influence of malicious feelings Man can emit only dark rays. These dark rays cannot rise but must fall into the depths of the Earth. Bouncing off its core, they return to the surface in the form of volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, wars, etc.

As an aside, before the Golden Age can begin, the Earth must release all of this negativity that has built up over thousands of years, which is why volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc. will increase first before they end at the start of the Golden Age.

Cedars live to be five hundred and fifty years old. Day and night their millions of needles catch and store the whole spectrum of bright energy. During the period of the cedars' life all the celestial bodies pass above them, reflecting this bright energy.

Even in one tiny piece of cedar there is more energy beneficial to Man than in all the man-made energy installations taken together.

Cedars receive the energy emanating from Man through Space, store it up and at the right moment give it back. They give it back when there is not enough of it in Space - in other words, in Man - or in everything living and growing on the Earth.

Occasionally, though very rarely, one discovers cedars that have been storing up energy but not giving back what they have stored. After five hundred years of their life they start to ring. This is how they talk to us, through their quiet ringing sound - this is how they signal people to take them and saw them up to make use of their stored-up energy on the Earth. This is what the cedars are asking with their ringing sound. They keep on asking for three whole years. If they don't have contact with living human beings, then in three years, deprived of the opportunity to give back what they have received and stored from Space, they lose their ability to give it back directly to Man. Then they will start burning up the energy internally. This torturous process of burning and dying lasts twenty-seven years.

With all of this Anastasia's Grandfather had tried to convince Vladimir to cut down a ringing cedar he had found and make pendants out of it for people to receive the spiritual energy, but at this point Vladimir felt this was all nonsense and left.

Diana Cooper in her book "2012 and Beyond" has the following to say about Fir and Pine trees in general.

These trees both offer healing, rejuvenation and regeneration. They lift the spirits and purify you. Walking amongst them can restore your health and raise your consciousness to the fifth dimension if you are ready.
