Diet for the Golden Age

In Matthew's message on the Golden Age he says the following about diet.

Diets will change from meat and seafood to plants as people learn to respect and honor all animal life. The herds of food animals will decrease through the cessation of breeding and natural transition, and as plants become diet staples, any that were harmfully genetically engineered will shed those properties.

Animals in the wild will instinctively know not to overpopulate and those that are carnivorous will turn to the plant kingdom for sustenance.

So while a lot of people would like to become vegetarian to "respect and honor all animal life" as Matthew says, many find it quite difficult to do in practice. In my experience having a daily spiritual practice is key, for then as your vibration rises your desire and need for meat and seafood is gradually eliminated. You will actually find it even difficult to eat meat/seafood no matter how much you may have craved and savored them previously.

The Founders in their book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders", provide a more detailed view of the dietary changes one should pursue/expect as we enter the Golden Age.

For those of you that are committed to remaining with the Earth by entering fourth or fifth density states, it is essential that you reduce your dependence on the things of this world. You can start by simplifying your lives so that you require less resources in order to keep your lives going. As you raise your vibration, you will naturally need to consume less and less of Earth's resources anyway. You might start by reducing your intake of products from mammals (beef, pork, dairy, etc.) since the production of these foods consumes a great deal of natural resources. As you continue to raise your vibration, you will likely reduce your intake of all animal products, becoming what is termed "vegan." Eventually, you will find that only a tiny amount of highly nutritious food will be necessary to keep your body healthy. At some point in your ascension process you will eliminate food altogether and drink only water. Then the water will also become unnecessary and you will become what some call a "breatharian." Finally, as your light body becomes fully activated, you will exist on direct etheric energy and even oxygen will no longer be necessary.

There are many stories of breatharians that can be found, but I'll once again quote "Autobiography of a Yogi". The following is a conversation between Paramahansa Yogananda and Giri Bala.

Chapter 46: The Woman Yogi who Never Eats (Giri Bala)

"Tell me, Mother, from your own lips-do you live without food?"

"That is true." She was silent for a few moments; her next remark showed that she had been struggling with mental arithmetic. "From the age of twelve years four months down to my present age of sixty-eight--a period of over fifty-six years--I have not eaten food or taken liquids."

"Are you never tempted to eat?"

"If I felt a craving for food, I would have to eat." Simply yet regally she stated this axiomatic truth, one known too well by a world revolving around three meals a day!

"But you do eat something!" My tone held a note of remonstrance.

"Of course!" She smiled in swift understanding.

"Your nourishment derives from the finer energies of the air and sunlight, and from the cosmic power which recharges your body through the medulla oblongata."

"Baba knows." Again she acquiesced, her manner soothing and unemphatic.

Earth History (part 3)

This is the third of ten posts on the history of the Earth based on the book: "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders". This is where the story gets quite interesting, so I'll provide my comments throughout. Use the link below to read the full message at the author`s web site.

The Founders on Earth History Part 3

There have been four major civilizations (and a lot of minor ones) on your planet since the grand experiment began unfolding here. (1) Pangaea, (2) Lemuria, (3) Atlantis, and (4) the present. In addition, there have been two major events in your solar system that dramatically impacted the history of your world. (A) The destruction of Maldek; and (B) The destruction of the surface of Mars. We are simplifying the story considerably, because there were numerous other events, some of which we will be going into in detail. These would include what your religious writings call the "Luciferian Rebellion" (which we refer to as the Orion invasion), the infusion of the Alpha Draconians (Reptilians), the reign of the Sirians (your Biblical and pre-Biblical times) and the quiet invasion of the Zeta Reticulins (greys). Keep in mind that these are only the major ET infusions; there were MANY others, including input from certain Andromedan sectors, various levels and dimensions of Pleiadean groups, Venusians, Arcturians, Antareans, and others from Polaris, Alpha Centauri, and many other regions. Add to this the overseeing of your progress by the Councils of Alcyone (the Great White Brotherhood), the Confederations of Light and their offshoots (Ashtar, Solar Cross, etc.), and the many interplanetary priesthoods (Melchizedek, Metatron, Enoch, etc.), and you have quite a bowl of porridge on the cosmic stove!

This is an overview of what's going to be covered in the remaining parts of this series, so don't worry if it doesn't make much sense to you now. Things will be clearer once you read to the end of part 10. The Founders present the full scope and scale of human history as well as ET involvement better than any other source I've come across. A large section of their book also details the current ET presence on Earth.

Well, as you say, let's get on with it. Let's start with Pangaea. We briefly talked about this civilization yesterday in Part 2, but let's put it into the historic timeline. The Land of Pan was the pinnacle of success regarding the experimentation and interbreeding of various DNA strains. This was the paradise, or "Garden of Eden" written about in your religious books. Most of the Earth was tropical jungle during the period from 200 million to 20 million years ago. You can see evidence of this by examining the geological formations, particularly in your desert areas. For example, the barren desert area known as the Petrified Forest in Northeastern Arizona was once dense jungle. Many areas, including your favorite hot spot, Sedona, was under water for much of that time. In other words, your world was bathed in water and dense vegetation, in most areas. Even the polar regions were teeming with life.

The Founders, Matthew and others have also confirmed that the coming Golden Age will once again see the polar regions teeming with life.

The humanoid form was seeded on your planet approximately 100 million years ago, right in the middle of this jungle period. There were small groups of humanoids confined to relatively small areas of your world. These humanoids were seventh density beings with wings and highly developed telepathic and psychic abilities. They lived in paradise. They were loving and cooperative and communicated with the exotic plant and animal life that abounded everywhere. They extracted their food directly from sunlight, and assimilated water through their pores. They had need of nothing but each other. This is a rough equivalent of what you call the Garden of Eden in your religious writings.

In the fourth book of the Ringing Cedars Series called "Co-Creation", Anastasia describes this Garden of Eden period with unmatched poetic beauty. So while the Founders' presentation will appeal to your reason and intellect, Anastasia goes straight for the heart. I find both sources compliment each other beautifully.

The life forms during that time were varied and plentiful. About 60 million years ago, the dinosaurs were killed off when the comet Arunhatak made it's 10,500 year cycle and came too close to Earth on this particular pass. The resulting cool-down destroyed a large part of the vegetation, but the Earth, in her amazing regenerative ways, was able to bounce back, and another fertile period ensued. There were only a few hundred thousand humanoid forms on Earth at that time and most of them retreated underground, and with the help of various Pleiadean factions, created a subterranean world of great beauty and intricacy. This is where the legends of an "inner earth" came from. We will talk about that at a later time.

For 40 million years, humans and dinosaurs lived side by side. Also, in the Golden Age, many sources say we will reunite with the people of inner Earth, commonly referred to as the Agarthans.

Most of the life forms of Pan were exotic and do not exist today. There are legends of a few of them, including the Pegasus and Centaur (no relation to Alpha Centaurians), and some of the creatures were descendents of the dinosaurs and early reptiles. The dragons got their folklore from two sources - Pangaea and the Draconian invasion. The early dragons were reptilian creatures that evolved along with the dinosaurs and were genetically manipulated by us and other ET groups. Later, the Draconians came to Earth with their own reptilian form and began interbreeding and creating exotic dragon forms. But we are getting ahead of ourselves.

In mythology, you tend to read about two types of dragons: one being a large reptile similar to a dinosaur, but another being much more intelligent with the ability to speak and reason like a human. The Draconians or Reptilians as they are more commonly known have played a large role on Earth right up to this very day. The Founders' book provides all of the details.

The Fall of Pangaea was the original "fall from grace" as chronicled in your writings. This occurred when the "Sons of God" (the seventh density Pleiadeans) incarnated into the humanoid forms evolving on Earth and forgot their divine connection. The humanoid forms, before the incarnation of the seventh density Pleiadeans, had a rudimentary consciousness somewhere between second and third density. Your evolutionary scientists see the change brought about by the Pleiadean incarnations as an unexplained mutation that marks the difference between apes and humans.

The missing link in evolutionary theory can finally be understood. The first humans on Earth were actually incarnating Pleiadeans.

The incarnated Pleiadean humans interbred with the various creatures; hence the half-horse half-man and many others. The faerie kingdom was one of the offshoots of this interbreeding. Seventh density souls took on a humanoid form that had wings. When they interbred with the four-legged creatures, one of the results was the Pegasus, or winged horse. As the humanoid Pleiadean souls dropped in vibration, their wings became atrophied, along with their telepathic and other abilities. They became more and more like the creatures evolving on Earth - more animalistic in nature and less able to formulate higher intellectual reasoning abilities.

The Faerie Kingdom still exists on Earth today and will once again be part of human civilization in the Golden Age as described by the Founders, Matthew and others.

All this continued until approximately 10 million years ago, when the end of the cosmic cycle occurred and the electromagnetic polarities shifted. At that time, great storms raged across the Earth, as a result of the changing EM frequencies, a flood wiped out most of the creatures residing on Earth. This is referred to in your religious writings as the "great flood." At that time, most of the Earth became covered in water, with a few remnants of land and life remaining here and there.

The Golden Age of Gaia Blog

Steve Beckow's Golden Age of Gaia blog collects all of the freely available channeled material on the internet as well as material from journalists/reporters with real world evidence and produces about 80 postings per week on matters relevant to the coming Golden Age.

I no longer follow his blog as my focus has switched since I originally wrote this in 2010.

New Foundation for Currencies

In Matthew's description of the Golden Age from December 2007 he says:

The “new” foundation for currencies will be a return to an old one, where precious metals was a set standard for exchange, and “old fashioned” bartering once again will be an excellent way for nations and communities to conduct some business.

In Sheldan Nidle's update on June 22, 2010 from the High Councils of Sirius B (to use the Founder's terminology) they talk about zero-point energy which I'll discuss in detail later, but for this post they also talk about the coming economic collapse:

The Federal Reserve is bankrupt and the European allies of this once formidable juggernaut are not far behind. The system is collapsing internally, and soon this will become all too public.

Here it sounds like they are referring to the recent G8 and G20 meetings in Canada, with a major collapse coming soon afterward.

Currently, a number of moves are underway. First, the cabal has convened several international financial conferences to discuss what can be done about the immensity of the global financial crisis. These conferences have either failed or are doomed to. Second, the dark has had its mainstream media convince many that the economic problems are merely a "deep recession" and that you are close to turning this around. Nothing could be further from the truth, and the dark has no idea how to wriggle its way out of this. For their part, our Earth allies are quite close to toppling the monster core of this disaster: the US Federal Reserve "Bank." This illegal behemoth is bankrupt and swiftly running out of schemes by which to keep afloat; hence, its total collapse is imminent. The Bank of England and its partners-in-crime in "the City" are likewise about to go belly up. Similarly, many other allied banks are ready to succumb to a massive extinction.

Finally they say a new financial system will be born based on precious metals.

The change to precious-metals-based currencies is at the heart of the new system which reflects the new realities of the post-Cold War world.

This is essentially the same as what Matthew said almost three years ago, but now the signs are clear that these changes may be close at hand. Both Gold and Silver have been setting record highs in recent weeks, but the currency of choice for most is Gold, which I'll discuss further in my next post.

Matthew on the Golden Age

Matthew has the special privilege of being God's chosen voice for describing the Golden Age. He starts with the following:

Most simply stated, 2012 heralds Earth’s entry into the Golden Age, and between now and then is a time of transition from life as you have known it into life totally in harmony with all of Nature.

This is perhaps the second most important line in his message: "life totally in harmony with all of Nature". I believe it is one of two keys for understanding the Golden Age. I'll talk more about this later in his message. Next he talks about timing:

But that year [2012] no longer has the “time absoluteness” it once held in prophecies, and your calendar cannot accurately convey when the major transitional changes will be completed because linear time is disappearing.

Nostradamus is also very vague when it comes to timing. I do have others sources for timing which I'll cover in subsequent posts, but by 2012 many changes will certainly be well underway. Next is the Golden Age at the most basic level:

The goddess vibrations that already are showing effects will continue to bless you as individuals and as a civilization. The negativity that is the root of fear, greed, dishonor and violence will be gone in the Golden Age, and the vibrations of Earth’s entirety will be LOVE.

This is without a doubt the most important line in his message: "the vibrations of Earth’s entirety will be LOVE". Each person needs to find a way to arrive at a place where every emotion they experience is based in Love. There is a "goddess" in human form on Earth who goes by the name of Anastasia. Her words on Love and Nature are the most profound I've ever read. I'll speak much more about her in subsequent posts. Matthew also confirms what God hinted at with regard to help from ETs:

The progressive changes have required and will continue to require the help of extraterrestrials.

In future posts I'll provide the history and current state of ET involvement with the Earth. Disclosure of the ET presence on Earth and in our skies is expected shortly, once the Illuminati has been taken care of.

Only a comparative handful of people know how tenuous and corrupt the global economy is or that international trade and the stock markets are manipulated by the Illuminati, a group of darkly-inclined people who have passed their tight global reins from generation to generation. They have amassed vast fortunes through that control as well as by charging usurious bank loan rates and accruing mammoth amounts from their illegal drugs industry, and they use that money to buy governments; bankrupt countries and exploit their natural resources; keep billions of souls at barely subsistence level; and fund both sides in wars that they precipitate and perpetuate because from wars they derive handsome profits. This cannot continue and it won’t. The unconscionably inequitable allocation of money in your world will end.

According to Anastasia and others, the Illuminati has ruled the planet for over 7000 years. Their origins can be traced back to the high priests of Egypt, and since then all world leaders have been their puppets, until Obama. The Fed and IRS are both part of the Illuminati according to Matthew:

The national debt, in large part due to the skullduggery of the Illuminati-owned Federal Reserve System and its IRS collection agency, will become manageable when that System is dissolved. The various currencies, especially dollars, have no foundation—daily transactions involving billions of dollars and other currencies are merely information passed from one computer to another and they far exceed the money to back them. The “new” foundation for currencies will be a return to an old one, where precious metals was a set standard for exchange, and “old fashioned” bartering once again will be an excellent way for nations and communities to conduct some business.

From the time this message was published, a mere 9 months later, the global financial crisis swept the world. Many believe it is now behind us, but many now also believe the worst is yet to come. I'll post much more on the world economy later, but for now: Buy Gold! Now more changes related to Nature:

Too, you will come to know and treasure the Devic kingdom that is so closely allied with the beauty and thriving of all that you consider Nature.

The return of the Devic Kingdom on Earth is another major event of the Golden Age. Hindu mythology is filled with stories of the Devas and Apsaras. In western terms they are known as Elementals and Faeries, but also include Sprites and Nymphs. It'll be fascinating to once again have these beings walk amongst us. Also, as part of living in harmony with Nature, diets will change:

Everyone will be vegetarian in the Golden Age; even the animals! As we begin to live in harmony with Nature, Nature will begin to live in harmony with us:

What are commonly known as “global warming” and “El Nino” are part of Earth’s natural processes to return to her original moderate climate everywhere. While she is achieving this, glaciers will melt, the vast deserts will become arable, rain forests will flourish, and variations in temperatures will markedly decrease—ultimately, everyplace in your world will be comfortably habitable.

Matthew certainly makes this sound nice, but Nostradamus on the Golden Age talks about many continents being flooded when the ice caps melt. So it might be wise to move inland and avoid living at sea level on an oceanfront property. Next is more spirit world interaction:

[on miracles] Like souls on Earth and in Nirvana once again going back and forth between these physical and spirit worlds, travel that was commonplace until third density limitations closed minds to this possibility.

Another big change, though not all sources agree this will be available to everyone in the Golden Age. Hindu mythology is filled with such travel. Now Matthew gets to the bad news:

Further, the higher frequencies now on the planet are magnifying all human characteristics, and those that are darkly-inclined are showing that intensification through increasing hostility, greed, violence and apathy toward those who are suffering and in desperate need.

There is a great divide coming in our current civilization. Soon there will be people filled with only love on one side, and people filled with fear and hate on the other. The middle ground where most people currently reside will cease to exist. This is why having a daily spiritual practice is so important, because even the tiniest bit of anxiety or frustration can quickly get out of control as the frequencies intensify ever more rapidly.

Remember, you have the power to create your own abundance through the law of attraction, and sharing your resources is the best way to bring even more abundance into your life.

The single most important thing to understand is that Love is all powerful. I encourage you to read Matthew's message in its entirety. It's one of the best descriptions of the Golden Age anywhere.

God on the Golden Age

Since 2001 I'd focused my attention on Kriya Yoga while waiting for more of the Nostradamus prophecies to come true, then in 2008 the global financial crisis hit. Around the same time trailers for the film 2012 also started playing. My interest in the Golden Age was once again renewed, and after a bit of searching I discovered Matthew Ward.

Matthew publishes monthly updates on humanity's journey to the Golden Age. His main message on the Golden Age was published on December 31, 2007. It begins with God speaking to Matthew's mother, Suzy.

God - All right, Suzy, let’s talk about this topic that’s looming larger as the days pass: What will happen when you cross off the last day of 2011 on your calendar and you pin up the one for 2012? The thoughts in many minds about that year range from the sublime to the ridiculous, and since the latter is so quickly addressed, that’s where I’ll begin.

No, your world is not going to end. Earth is an eternal soul inhabiting a planetary body, and now that it’s back from the brink of destruction— thanks to the infusion of light from your “space” neighbors—and on the way back to its original vibrant health and beauty, she’s going to keep it for a long time to come.

With “ridiculous” accounted for, what is the “sublime” that you can expect 2012 to bring? Like everything else that happens anywhere, the choice is up to individuals, the decisions each makes. What I can tell you with certainty is, you who make the trip with Earth into the higher planes will be living in the promised Golden Age. In numerous of his messages, my Matthew-Self has accurately described the changes and challenges during the transition between now and your world in 2012 with its astounding differences that you will welcome wholeheartedly.

Suzy, I need your proficiency here, to find all the parts of his messages about this and organize and edit them so the information flows nicely and there’s no superfluous or repetitious material. So, will you work with me on this?

Suzy – Well, of course, if that’s what you want. But I’m curious—why you don’t just talk about this yourself?

God –I know all about your curiosity, Suzy. My preference for Matthew’s words goes back to this “umbrella God” of yours, the indivisible sum of every single soul in this universe, and to you, that collective multidimensional intelligence is inconceivable. It is to everyone there, and that’s my point. I want the information to come from a highly evolved soul whose fairly recent life on Earth and love bonds with some souls living there is a personal perspective as well as an authentic account of Earth’s journey into the Golden Age and what life there will be like. I can’t think of a more appropriate soul than your dear son, can you?

Suzy –God, you know perfectly well you’re playing up to my maternal genes, don’t you!

Yes, I do believe this is the same God that spoke with Neale in "Conversations with God". I don't believe Nostradamus ever made a clear link between 2012 and the Golden Age, but God certainly does. In my next post, I'll dive into Matthew's description of the Golden Age in detail.
