Her Beloved Dachniks (book 1 chapter 10)

The above picture is linked to an article about Dachniks and their Dachas, which is to a large degree about gardening. For Anastasia, plants essentially have unlimited potential in terms of what they can offer us. This chapter and even more so the next chapter begin exploring this concept.

"You see, the society you are living in today can learn a lot from communication with the plants to be found around dachas. Yes, I am talking about the dachas, where you personally know every individual plant in your garden-plot, and not those huge, impersonal fields cultivated by monstrous, senseless machines. People feel better when they are working in their dacha plots. Many of them end up living longer. They become kinder. And it is these very dachniks that can pave the way for society to become aware of how destructive the technocratic path can be."

Before going deeper into what else plants can do for us, I want to quote an earlier conversation between Anastasia and Vladimir from chapter 3 on water.

Less than ten or fifteen metres from the glade, beyond a clump of bushes, we came across a small taiga lake. Anastasia quickly scooped up a small quantity of water in her cupped hands and raised it to my face.

"Here is some water. Drink it, please."

"What, are you crazy? How can you drink raw water out of some puddle in the woods? You saw how I was drinking 'borzhomi'. On board ship even for washing we pass the river water through a special filter, chlorinate it, ozonise it."

"It is not a puddle, Vladimir. This is pure, living water! Good water! Not half-destroyed water like yours. You can drink this water, just like mother's milk! Look."

Anastasia raised her cupped hands to her lips and took a drink.

I'll end with another quote from chapter 10, where Anastasia begins to introduce the divine plan.

"Everything - but everything - on Earth, every blade of grass, every insect, has been created for Man, and everything has its individual appointed task to perform in the service of Man. The multitude of medicinal plants are a confirmation of this. But people in your world know very little about how to benefit from the opportunities they are presented with - about how to take full advantage of them."

In the next chapter, Anastasia begins explaining in more practical terms how we can benefit from these opportunities.

Vipareeta Karani Mudra (kriya 1)

This is the first of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

This kriya is performed from Vipareeta Karani Asana, so assume that posture to begin. Once in this posture, begin Ujjayi Pranayama then close your eyes. When ready to begin the rounds, exhale completely and focus on Manipura in the spine. As you inhale with ujjayi move your concentration along your spine to Vishuddhi, while imagining a hot stream of nectar flowing from Manipura through Anahata to Vishuddhi. Retain the breath and concentration at Vishuddhi for 3 to 4 seconds, while imagining the hot pool of nectar there becoming cool. As you exhale with ujjayi, move your concentration up your spine to Ajna, then over to Bindu and finally up to Sahasrara. In this case imagine your breath is pushing the nectar along this path and injecting it into these points. After exhalation is complete, immediately return your concentration back to Manipura to begin the next round. Complete eleven rounds, then go to the next kriya.

In my two favorite yoga books (and in my course), it is explained how the usual flow of nectar from Bindu to Manipura results in the aging process. From the description, you can see that this kriya is attempting to reverse that process.

A video describing and demonstrating this kriya is presented below.

Who Lights a New Star? (book 1 chapter 9)

This post continues my look at the Ringing Cedars Series with an excerpt from chapter 9 of the first book "Anastasia". My previous post was on chapter 1.

My view is that Anastasia's teachings present a view of 4D life in the Golden Age for those who choose the 4D path. Most channeled information only talks about the 5D path, but the Founders are very clear that a 4D path will also exist well into the future (I will post more about this later), and of course Anastasia also believes in a 4D future, though she doesn't use that terminology.

In this excerpt Vladimir and Anastasia are arguing about the nature of sex. In my opinion, this is similar to my previous post on eating. At a lower vibration, eating is mainly about satisfying the taste buds (sensual pleasure), but at a higher vibration it becomes more about nutrition, and at an even higher vibration, nutrition is obtained by another means altogether. Sex is no different. At a lower vibration, it is mainly about sensual pleasure, and at a higher vibration the focus evolves to procreation, then at an even higher level procreation is achieved by another means altogether.

For those who haven't read the book and plan to, please be warned that "spoilers" follow. During an experience of procreation from the previous night, Anastasia raised Vladimir's vibration, but Vladimir hasn't realized this yet.

"Oh, no, Anastasia, I doubt it. A normal man will always be aroused by a pretty woman's legs, her breasts... Especially when you're on a business trip or on holiday far away from your partner. That's the way things are. And nobody here will change anything, they won't do it any other way."

"But I did it with you."

"What did you do?"

"Now you are no longer able to indulge in that harmful sex."

All at once a terrible thought hit me like a flood, and started chasing away the magnificent feeling that had been born in me during the night.

"What have you done, Anastasia? What? I'm now... what - I'm now... impotent?"

"On the contrary, you have now become a real man. Only the usual sex will be repugnant to you. It does not bring what you experienced last night, and what you experienced last night is possible only when you desire to have a child and the woman wants the same from you. When she loves you."

"Loves? But under those conditions... That can happen only a few times during one's whole life!"

"I assure you, Vladimir, that is enough for your whole life to be happy. You will feel the same way eventually... People enter many times afresh into sexual interaction only through the flesh - not realizing that true satisfaction in the flesh is impossible to attain. A man and a woman who unite on every plane of existence, impelled by radiant inspiration, earnestly aspiring to the act of creation, experience tremendous satisfaction. The Creator gave this experience to Man alone. No transitory thing, this satisfaction, no! It never can compare with fleeting, fleshly gratification. As you cherish the feelings from it over time, all planes of being will, with influence sublime, happify your life and the woman too - a woman who can give birth to a creation in the Creator's own image and likeness, His design!

Diet for the Golden Age

In Matthew's message on the Golden Age he says the following about diet.

Diets will change from meat and seafood to plants as people learn to respect and honor all animal life. The herds of food animals will decrease through the cessation of breeding and natural transition, and as plants become diet staples, any that were harmfully genetically engineered will shed those properties.

Animals in the wild will instinctively know not to overpopulate and those that are carnivorous will turn to the plant kingdom for sustenance.

So while a lot of people would like to become vegetarian to "respect and honor all animal life" as Matthew says, many find it quite difficult to do in practice. In my experience having a daily spiritual practice is key, for then as your vibration rises your desire and need for meat and seafood is gradually eliminated. You will actually find it even difficult to eat meat/seafood no matter how much you may have craved and savored them previously.

The Founders in their book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders", provide a more detailed view of the dietary changes one should pursue/expect as we enter the Golden Age.

For those of you that are committed to remaining with the Earth by entering fourth or fifth density states, it is essential that you reduce your dependence on the things of this world. You can start by simplifying your lives so that you require less resources in order to keep your lives going. As you raise your vibration, you will naturally need to consume less and less of Earth's resources anyway. You might start by reducing your intake of products from mammals (beef, pork, dairy, etc.) since the production of these foods consumes a great deal of natural resources. As you continue to raise your vibration, you will likely reduce your intake of all animal products, becoming what is termed "vegan." Eventually, you will find that only a tiny amount of highly nutritious food will be necessary to keep your body healthy. At some point in your ascension process you will eliminate food altogether and drink only water. Then the water will also become unnecessary and you will become what some call a "breatharian." Finally, as your light body becomes fully activated, you will exist on direct etheric energy and even oxygen will no longer be necessary.

There are many stories of breatharians that can be found, but I'll once again quote "Autobiography of a Yogi". The following is a conversation between Paramahansa Yogananda and Giri Bala.

Chapter 46: The Woman Yogi who Never Eats (Giri Bala)

"Tell me, Mother, from your own lips-do you live without food?"

"That is true." She was silent for a few moments; her next remark showed that she had been struggling with mental arithmetic. "From the age of twelve years four months down to my present age of sixty-eight--a period of over fifty-six years--I have not eaten food or taken liquids."

"Are you never tempted to eat?"

"If I felt a craving for food, I would have to eat." Simply yet regally she stated this axiomatic truth, one known too well by a world revolving around three meals a day!

"But you do eat something!" My tone held a note of remonstrance.

"Of course!" She smiled in swift understanding.

"Your nourishment derives from the finer energies of the air and sunlight, and from the cosmic power which recharges your body through the medulla oblongata."

"Baba knows." Again she acquiesced, her manner soothing and unemphatic.

The Kundalini Kriyas

In the book "Kundalini Tantra", Swami Satyananda introduces the Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga as follows:

The following tantric kriyas provide what is possibly the most efficient method for systematically evolving man's consciousness that has ever been developed. They are said to have been the teachings for the transcendental sadhana which Lord Shiva gave to his disciple and wife, Parvati.

Before beginning to learn the Kriyas, it is essential that the previously discussed Beginner and Advanced courses have been completed, and the student has attained a state of good physical, mental and spiritual health. If this is not the case, then it is entirely possible these Kriyas will result in physical illness, mental imbalance and/or psychic dislocation. These Kriyas are very powerful and adequate preparation is critical for a successful practice.

The following table lists the 20 Kriyas taught by Swami Satyananda. The student should first master all 20 Kriyas at the reduced number of rounds, then if time permits, gradually start practicing at the full number of rounds.

Additional Kriya Practices

  • Unmani Mudra
  • Bija Mantra Sanchalana

The goal of this course is twofold. First, all Chakras/Kshetrams are to be awakened such that the student is able to locate each one in the body. Second, all techniques used in the Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga are introduced such that a reasonable level of proficiency may be achieved.

The course length of eight months does not account for the rising 2012 energies currently happening on Earth, so it may be possible to awaken each Chakra after only two weeks of practice rather than a full month. This would allow the course to be completed in only four months rather than eight, at which point the Kundalini Kriyas may be started.

The final practice of Nadi Shodhana with breath retention is fairly strenuous. For example, using an inhale time of 4 seconds, means 32 seconds of holding the breath, followed by a slow exhale of 24 seconds, then 4 seconds of holding the breath out, before beginning the next inhale of 4 seconds. A person with heart disease or high blood pressure may trigger a heart attack or stroke with this practice, so please be careful. However, for a person in sound health, breath retention is an extremely powerful technique that provides for rapid spiritual advancement and is extensively used in the Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga.

Also, don't be concerned if you are unable to master Nadi Shodhana in a mere 6 weeks, as this practice is continued throughout the advanced course, which I'll provide an overview of next.
