Amrit Pan (kriya 13)

This is the thirteenth of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

Continue sitting in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breathing is normal, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, and head is facing forward.

Bring your awareness to Manipura and visualize the warm, sweet nectar stored there. Exhale fully, then begin Ujjayi inhalation while imagining a hot stream of nectar being drawn from Manipura up the spine through Anahata to Vishuddhi with the suction power of the breath. Retain the breath and concentration at Vishuddhi for 3 to 4 seconds, while imagining the hot nectar there becoming icy cold. As you exhale with Ujjayi, move your concentration up to Lalana chakra at the soft palate. Blow the cool nectar up to Lalana with the breath. After exhalation is complete, immediately return your concentration back to Manipura to begin the next round. Complete nine rounds, then go to the next kriya.

A video describing and demonstrating this kriya will be posted with kriya 20.
