Dhyana (kriya 20)

This is the final kriya of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

Continue sitting in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breathing is normal, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, and head is facing forward.

You have realized your astral body as a single point of light. Now look closer at that point of light and you will see it take the form of a golden egg. As you watch this golden egg, it will begin to expand. The golden egg is luminous and glowing intensely; however, it does not give off any rays of light. As the golden egg becomes larger, it will begin to take on the same shape as that of your astral and physical bodies. This form, however, is not a material or even a subtle form. This form is glowing light. It is your causal self.

A video describing and demonstrating kriyas 12 to 20 is presented below.

  1. Meditation is golden egg which will be never lost or breaked.

  2. I just finished the entirety of Kriya Yoga Course #1 - 3. The final 20th week of kriyas is over. I have dutifully practiced each day for years, as per the instructions in KT, Systematic Course, and your videos.

Manoj thank you so much for your guidance and wonderful examples. You've saved me from a lot of confusion and mistake. Now it is time to figure out where to take my own practice. I am so fortunate to learn all of these wonderful methods in this lifetime. I will keep them going in the manner that works best for me, and never forget my teachers.

Thank you so much Manoj! What a blessing this series has been. Namaste!
