Chakra Bhedan (kriya 14)

This is the fourteenth of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

Continue sitting in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breathing is normal, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, and head is facing forward.

Exhale completely and bring your awareness to Swadhisthana. Begin Ujjayi inhalation while moving your concentration first down to Mooladhara then up along the Arohan passage through the Kshetrams to Vishuddhi. At Vishuddhi, immediately begin Ujjayi exhalation while moving your concentration first up to Bindu then down along the Awarohan passage through the Chakras to Swadhisthana. Complete eleven rounds, then go to the next kriya.

A video describing and demonstrating this kriya will be posted with kriya 20.

    1. This practice is chakra bhedan. I'm not sure what brhamand bhedan is.
