Shakti Chalini (kriya 11)

This is the eleventh of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

Continue sitting in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breath is fully exhaled, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, head is drooped forward, and your focus is on Mooladhara. Mentally repeat "Mooladhara" three times then begin Ujjayi inhalation while moving your concentration along the Arohan passage up the front of the body through the Kshetrams. Be aware of, but do not mentally repeat the name of each Kshetram as you pass by it. At Vishuddhi, move your head up and droop it back as your concentration reaches Bindu. Hold your breath and apply Shanmukhi Mudra.

Allow your awareness to descend down Awarohan and then up Arohan in a continuous loop. Visualize a thin green snake moving with the awareness through the Awarohan and Arohan passageways. The head of the snake is biting its tail as it cycles through a few loops. Release Shanmukhi Mudra and bring your hands to your knees.

With your awareness at Bindu begin Ujjayi exhalation. Move your head to a forward facing position while moving your concentration along the Awarohan passage down the back of the body through the Chakras. Be aware of, but do not repeat the name of each Chakra as you pass by it. At Mooladhara, droop your head forward to begin the next round. Complete five rounds, then go to the next kriya.

Naumukhi Mudra (kriya 10)

Begin by changing your sitting posture back to Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breath is fully exhaled, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, head is drooped forward, and your focus is on Mooladhara. Mentally repeat "Mooladhara" three times then begin Ujjayi inhalation while moving your concentration along the Arohan passage up the front of the body through the Kshetrams. Be aware of, but do not mentally repeat the name of each Kshetram as you pass by it. At Vishuddhi, move your head up and droop it back as your concentration reaches Bindu. Hold your breath and apply Shanmukhi Mudra.

Practice Moola Bandha and Vajroli/Sahajoli Mudra. Visualize a shining copper trident in the spine with the prongs extending upward from Vishuddhi. The trident will rise and pierce Bindu with its central prong a few times. Mentally repeat "Bindu Bhedan" each time Bindu is pierced. Release Vajroli/Sahajoli Mudra, Moola Bandha and Shanmukhi Mudra and bring your hands to your knees.

With your awareness at Bindu begin Ujjayi exhalation. Move your head to a forward facing position while moving your concentration along the Awarohan passage down the back of the body through the Chakras. Be aware of, but do not repeat the name of each Chakra as you pass by it. At Mooladhara, droop your head forward to begin the next round. Complete five rounds, then go to the next kriya.

A Future Timeline Overview (chapter 1)

In this post I'm going to summarize the first chapter from the book "Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030". Here is how it starts.

Your food is organic. Your water is pure, sweet and clear. Your medicine is a combination of the best that technology has to offer, tempered with common sense and a return to natural, herbal remedies. All are freely provided by loving supportive souls.

The first page continues to describe the idyllic life of the Golden Age, before delving into the details of how we got there. The story is told like a flashback with vivid and detailed descriptions of exactly what happened. Beginning from sometime in 2012 when preparations begin in earnest for ceremonies and celebrations of the passage through the December 21, 2012 portal. The Founders describe the gathering of Lightworkers at sacred spots around the world, whether on top of mountains or in the desert, they gather for three days, beginning on December 20th and ending on the 22nd.

They bring their food, water, tents, portable toilets and generators; and for three days they enjoy story telling, singing, dancing, praying, sacred rituals, meditation, and so on; then when it is over, they go back to their jobs and lives they had left behind. The world of wars, poverty, disaster, propaganda, corruption, consumerism, mindless entertainment, etc. was still there just as before, but they no longer saw it in the same way for they had changed.

Those on the 4D path could no longer relate to family and friends, and it became clear who would be making the journey into the higher planes and who would not. The newly awakened Lightworkers experienced greatly improved health and well-being. They felt alive, vibrant and full of energy, while others around them appeared to be empty shells simply going through the motions of life.

In addition, those on the 5D path, could see that the woods were alive with creatures of all shapes and colors (nature spirits, faeries, devas, sprites, gnomes, animal spirits, plant spirits, etc.). Everything vibrated and shimmered, not just with light, but with consciousness. A profound sense of Oneness permeated everything.

For the newly awakened all 3D habits fell away, like smoking, alcohol, prescription medicine, processed food, etc. The entire universe conspired in a way that almost pushed the newly awakened to join or start intentional communities with other like-minded souls, forcing them farther and farther away in mindset from family and friends committed to 3D reality.

By 2014, zero point energy devices that never worked consistently before, were now functioning better than ever in these newly forming intentional communities. Awakened souls were now spending all of their time in their intentional community, and many sold their properties in the city. The communities varied from single family homesteads to multifamily Eco-villages. The Founders provide a vivid picture of early life in these communities and the challenges that will need to be faced.

In the beginning, decisions were made by majority rule, then by consensus, and by 2015 or 2016 Councils of Light were formed where the members go into deep meditation and become One with each other, and simply know what the right decision is. Contact with ETs also began around this time, mostly from the Pleiades and Arcturus, with a few Sirians.

The comet of 2017 causes another ascension boost to push more souls from 3D to 4D and more from 4D to 5D. The 3D cities continued to be destroyed, while the 4D communities continued to flourish. The Founders talk about enlightened schooling for children, new farming methods, and alternative energy sources for those on the 4D path, while those ascending to 5D were gradually eliminating all need for food, water and shelter. The 5D souls were the teachers for the 4D souls and the members of the Councils of Light.

The passage of Nibiru in 2030 causes the final ascension boost of the Galactic Shift. The 5D to 9D Annunaki from Nibiru came to Earth and shared their wisdom and technology much more freely than they did with the Sumerians and Egyptians as they knew there was now no possibility for it to be misused. The few people remaining in 3D either left the Earth or joined the 4D communities. The population of the Earth was now somewhere between one to two billion people, spread out across thousands of intentional communities, with some as large as 100,000 souls.

During the years 2030 to 2100 the empty 3D cities were cleared away and replaced with 4D communities, such that the entire Earth became a 4D paradise. Also, those on the 5D path completed their ascension process.

...they radiated a beautiful golden halo or aura of Light that was clearly visible to the fourth density souls. Their telepathic and psychokinetic abilities continued to increase and they were now completely impervious to conditions in the Earth's environment. They walked in two worlds, the fourth density one of enlightened spiritual communities where they taught higher truths and were instruments of healing, and the fifth density world of the nature spirits, where they communed with various beings from all over the galaxy.

Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030

Last week I received Sal Rachele's new book "Earth Awakens: Prophecy 2012 - 2030" and have been extremely impressed with what I've read so far. It provides all of the practical information required for building the Golden Age and achieving Ascension, which beautifully compliments his previous book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders" which provided all of the background theory for understanding 2012, Ascension and the Golden Age.

I've only read the first chapter so far, but the way the predictions are given in a story telling manner is so much more beautiful and poetic compared to the somewhat more textbook style of the previous book. Granted, that book was more about the technical details while this one is about making it happen. After just the first chapter, I now have a significantly clearer vision in my mind of our journey to the Golden Age than I've ever had before.

For this post, I will simply provide a simplified table of contents from the book to give you an idea of what it contains. The actual table of contents is an extremely detailed seven pages long.

Sal Rachele: 2012 - 2030

[Update: July 30, 2013] It seems the video referenced in this post has been removed, but the transcript below is still relevant so I'll leave the rest of the post as is.

Excellent video by Sal (channel for the Founders). Most of what he says I've covered on my site, but he does provide some additional details of what is going to happen over the next four years from 2012 to 2015. I will transcribe that part of the message starting from about the 44:30 mark.

It is likely that there will be major economic disruptions in most of the so called developed world, or first world countries. In the country that I reside in, the United States, the US dollar will likely lose most, if not all, of its value by the year 2015 and will be replaced by another currency.

Now if enough souls wake up, and there is some variability as to how many souls will still wake up, especially those in places/positions of government, the new currency may be a very enlightened one, backed by precious metals or based on a barter/trade system that is fair and equitable. It may be a wonderful opportunity for souls to move into a very different economic system, one based on peace and prosperity instead of lack and scarcity. But if enough souls don't wake up and the negativity is allowed to dominate, it could be a system set up to take away freedom and liberty from people.

So it's really going to depend a lot on the state of consciousness of the people of the country USA, and the same goes for the UK (United Kingdom), Germany, and many of the other countries - Japan, China. If the quality of the consciousness is raised sufficiently this transition into a new economy will happen in a beautiful, harmonious way rather than a destructive way.

Now that said, with 70 to 80 percent of the population still stuck in third density, it is likely there will be a lot of turmoil and upheaval as the economic system transitions. There will likely be bread lines; people waiting in line for basic supplies being sent to them by the governments of the various countries, or by private individuals depending on who responds to the crisis the best.

And there will likely be a breakdown of the global distribution system forcing people to rely more on the local agriculture, local energy, local trade and barter. The most valuable commodities in the years to come will be fresh fruits and vegetables - gardens, organic gardens, that are not tainted with genetically modified seeds.

And gold and silver will become more valuable than paper money, but they won't be as valuable as food because you can't eat gold and silver. So there will be a movement towards local organic farms, there already is, it's going to intensify, this movement towards the local and the organic. And for those who insist on eating heavily processed, genetically modified food, the immune systems will begin failing in those human beings.

That's not the only cause of immune system failure; the soul will literally prepare to leave the body, to find a way to exit the body if the soul is not ready to move into fourth density. It'll happen somewhat gradually, but not that gradually, it'll be very noticeable. The birth rate will only outdo the death rate up until about 2015, and then the population will stabilize somewhat and begin to decline as deaths outnumber births.

Now this will happen in two ways: there will be fewer people being born because of sterility among young females due to genetically modified organisms, toxic metals in the environment and other factors. And there will be more people dying due to immune system failures. So it works both ways and the crisscross point, the point where the deaths start outnumbering births on planet earth has been estimated to be somewhere around the year 2015.

And the peak population I've been told recently, that they've got it at about 7.8 billion; being the most number of humanity that will ever be on this earth. By the time this shift is over, around 2030, the population of earth will likely be somewhere between 1 and 2 billion, maybe 1.5 to 2 billion, somewhere in that range.

So it's pretty serious if you want to think of it as serious, it's pretty wonderful if you want to look at it as, "Oh all these souls get to go to other planets that are better suited to offer them what they want to learn." So it depends on how you look at it, yes it's a tragedy from a third density perspective, because at least for a while earth's going to be in a very...there's going to be a lot of sorrow and grief as people lose loved ones and things like that.

Sal's message hasn't changed and his prediction of 2015 being a key turning point is also given in his previous book "Earth Changes and 2012: Messages From the Founders", though not in as much detail. I've ordered his new book and will likely post from it as well as I go through it.

The First Day (book 4 chapter 4)

In the first few chapters of the fourth book "Co-Creation", Anastasia gives her version of God creating the universe and then human life on Earth in the Garden of Eden. It is the poetic version of what the Founders state very succinctly in Earth History (part 3).

The humanoid form was seeded on your planet approximately 100 million years ago, right in the middle of this jungle period. There were small groups of humanoids confined to relatively small areas of your world. These humanoids were seventh density beings with wings and highly developed telepathic and psychic abilities. They lived in paradise. They were loving and cooperative and communicated with the exotic plant and animal life that abounded everywhere. They extracted their food directly from sunlight, and assimilated water through their pores. They had need of nothing but each other. This is a rough equivalent of what you call the Garden of Eden in your religious writings.

In chapter four, Anastasia explains to Vladimir that the first human on Earth (symbolically Adam) was able to live without food. Since the Founders state that this is part of the Ascension process, I'm including Anastasia's additional insight into the requirements for living without food.

"Adam was interested in everything. Each blade of grass, each intricate little bug, the birds in the sky above, and water. The first sight of a stream, its transparent running water sparkling in the Sun, filled him with wonder and admiration, and in it he could behold life in its infinite manifestations. When Adam bent down to touch the water, his hand was immediately embraced by the current which caressed all the folds of his skin and drew him in. Upon immersing himself in the water he found his body becoming lighter. The gurgling water supported him and comforted his whole body. Splashing the water in the air with his hands, he was delighted to see the play of the Sun's bright rays in each and every drop, before the drops were once more received back into the stream. And it was with a great sense of delight that Adam drank the water from the stream. And before the Sun set he gladly contemplated, and bathed again, and meditated."

"Hold on, there, Anastasia. You mentioned him drinking, but did Adam eat anything the whole day? What food did he eat?"

"All around him were a multitude of fruits with a variety of tastes, berries and edible grasses. But during those first days Adam felt no sense of hunger. He remained satisfied with fresh air alone."

"With fresh air? But you can't live on air. There's even a saying about that."

"One certainly cannot live on the air Man breathes today. Today's air is dying, and is often harmful for one's body and soul. You mentioned the saying that one cannot live on air, but there is another saying: 'I have been fed by air alone', which corresponds to what was available to Man in the beginning. Adam was born in a marvellous garden, and the air surrounding him did not contain a single harmful particle. Pollen had been dissolved into that air, along with drops of purest dew."

"Pollen? What kind of pollen?"

"Pollen from flowers and grasses, from trees and fruit, which diffused fragrances into the air. Some came from those close by, while breezes brought others from distant places. Back then Man was not distracted from his great works by any problems of finding food. He was fed by everything around him through the air. This was the way it was all designed by the Creator right from the very beginning, so that all life on Earth should strive to please Man, and the air and the water and the breeze would be life-giving, under the impulse of love."

"You're right about one thing: air can be very harmful, but Man invented the air conditioner. It purifies the air of dangerous particles. And people sell mineral water in bottles. So, you see, the problems of air and water have been solved - at least for the many people who aren't poor."

"Alas, Vladimir, the air conditioner does not solve any problems. It keeps back harmful particles, yes, but the air continues to die. The water preserved in air-tight bottles dies for lack of fresh air. All it does is feed the old cells of the body. For new birth, so that the cells of your body may constantly renew themselves, living air and water are needed."

Inelia Benz: Firewall to Ascension

When I ask people about their spiritual practice they are usually very quick to provide excuses for why they don't have one or why they are not practicing it regularly. In Inelia's post "Firewall to Ascension", she provides a reason for why this is so, even though most know that a daily spiritual practice is the single most important thing they need to do to improve their lives.

The majority of individuals in human form have a firewall inserted in their field which stops them from doing self growth, ascension, or any other exercises that will help them achieve their ultimate evolutionary level.

This firewall is an energy construct which "feels" like a metallic implant somewhere in the body. It can, and does, get activated every time we try to meditate, learn OBEs, lucid dreaming, spiritual or psychic development, or any other form of communication with our higher self, guides, the divine, angels or whatever we want to call our entourage of helpers and supporters we have around us. And it appears that its very specific vibration can be triggered by external forces too.

The way to find if you have one of these firewalls is to complete the following sentence : "I do not meditate / process because______" .

Now, look at the answer, find the energy signature in the answer. Scan your body and find it. Now ask yourself the following:

"Did I put this firewall in my body?" If yes, then why? Was it voluntary or under duress? If not, then who did?

You may or may not get answers to these questions. However, the important things is that you found the firewall. Now, either remove it yourself and send it back to Source, or ask one of your guides or angels to remove it for you. Then fill the space left behind with light and love.

If you find resistance to removing the firewall, focus your attention on the resistance, it could be a backup program to ensure you don't get rid of the firewall. For example: "I need more than this exercise to help myself/my loved one", or, "I can't find it". If you find one, proceed as above, then go back to the firewall. Remember, no analysis, no judgment.

After you are done, go ahead and meditate or process. If the same resistance comes up, do the exercise again. It might take a few goes, but it will eventually all be eliminated and you will be free to do the exercises needed to reach your full potential in this lifetime.
